Roles & Responsibilities
Governance & Strategic Planning
Participate in quarterly board meetings to review organizational performance, set strategic direction, and make key decisions about programs, policies, and resource allocation.
Fiduciary Oversight
Ensure sound financial management by reviewing budgets, financial statements, and audit reports. Approve major financial decisions and monitor organizational sustainability.
Community Ambassadorship
Serve as an ambassador for Heritage Rescue in the community, helping to raise awareness, build partnerships, and attract resources to support our mission.
